Q: What do I get when I purchase the course?

You will receive an email which will give you immediate access to all of the course material from the moment you join. You can work through the content as quickly or as slowly as you like.

Q: This sounds great, but I'm already swamped. How will I have time to do it?

I know your time is precious and this course was designed with that in mind. Overall, the video content is 1.5 hours in length and has been split into short lessons that are approximately 5 minutes each. It is up to you how much time you spend on the worksheets and reflective exercises, however I recommend that you allow time to do the exercises to embed your learnings and ultimately take action.

Q: When does the course start?

The course is completely self-directed so you can start at any time and work through it at your own pace.

Q: How long do I have access to the programme for?

Once full payment has been received for an online product, access will be granted for as long as the product exists on the online platform, and for no less than 12 months from the date of purchase.
